5.3 Restrictions

No content may be downloaded, copied, modified, sold, resold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. Any unauthorised use immediately terminates the licence granted herein.

6. User-Submitted Content

If the platform permits you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant Build Coff a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
